Imagine this, you are trying to make a career switch, assess yourself on how much you know about your career, or need some form of guidance from industry leaders on and you are unable to do that because you don't know where to start from.

That's why we decided to design Upskill.

Upskill is a skill learning and assessment application that provides the necessary resources and training materials to help users improve or learn new skills.

Skill learning is at an all-time high. This app aims to provide a platform that helps users learn and assess their skills and abilities in different fields remotely. The results of these assessments can then be used to identify areas for improvement, help users set goals, or assist in making decisions about career paths or educational programs.

During the 2020 pandemic, we recorded a significant change and career switches and evaluation. This is because for the first time, the whole world was forced to work from home (excluding health care), and as a result, many people had to learn their skills relying on online learning platforms

With everyone diving into tech and different careers, we noticed a common struggle: folks were all eager to switch careers, but the whole process felt like a maze. Lots of confusion on where to kick things off and what steps to take next, dragging out the whole "finding your footing" thing.

While chatting with people making this leap and those doing the self-learning hustle, it became clear that we needed a game-changer. Cue our brilliant idea: a product designed to cut through the chaos and make the career transition smoother than ever.
